Business Traveler
This hotel was attractive, well-lit, and comfortable. Hotel staff was quick to be helpful and responsive. I reluctantly opted for the in house restaurant, as I arrived later than expected. The hotel is in need good cleaning and some renovation. Some lights were out on the elevator buttons. The bedspreads in the room were stained. The room smelled like smoke when we entered for the first time. The bathroom was small and the Sheraton's amenities appeared cheap with their no frills labeling. The TV channel response time was very slow and would get hung up and I'd have to turn the TV off to reset it. There were no towels in the fitness room; but they were in the pool area.
